On February 25, Huayang Center for Maritime Cooperation and Ocean Governance (Huayang Center) held a seminar on “Reflections on the 2025 Munich Security Conference” in Haikou. Drawing upon his experience of having attended the MSC for six times, Dr. Wu encouraged the young scholars to step up to the international stage and share points of view from a Chinese perspective in the global discourse.
Dr. Wu also discussed the evolution of US-EU relations following the outbreak of Ukraine crisis, China’s responsibilities and stance in resolving the conflict, and the prospects of South China Sea disputes against the backdrop of US-China relations.
