Keyuan ZOU is Harris Professor of International Law, University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom. He specializes in international law, in particular law of the sea and international environmental law. He has published over 200 books, book chapters and journal articles in English. His latest books include Maritime Cooperation in Semi-Enclosed Seas: Asian and European Experiences (2019), and The Belt and Road Initiative and the Law of the Sea (2020).
